Who runs your website?

The site has been purchased and we maintain and run the site ourselves.


Purchasing and Order Questions

What quality will the photo(s) I purchase be in?

We strive to use the newest photographic equipment to bring you the best quality photos, our prints are printed out between 200-300 dpi per print which is photo quality.


What packaging do you use to ship my order?

Most print orders will be shipped using a high grade thick cardboard tube to ensure no damage to your prints, other items such as frames prints will be boxed and bubble wrapped so they are not damaged.


What do I do if I am not happy with my order?

Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem, things sometimes can get damaged in shipping and we assure you we will help you promptly with a resolution. We strive to make sure every order is perfect.


Can I return my order for a refund?

We do not currently offer refunds due to all prints and products are custom.


How long will my order take?

Print processing and shipment on most orders arrive within 14-21 days depending on the ship to location.


Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! We use PayPal as our payment processor and all payments are made over a secure encrypted connection so credit card numbers and private information can not be stolen in transit. Christopher Fox Photography never handles or even sees your credit card details, all orders are processed securely by PayPal.


Photograph Questions

What size prints do you offer to purchase?

Every photo that is available for print purchase will have the print size listed when you choose to purchase the print, please select purchase on the photo you are interested in and then you will be presented with a list of sizes the print is available in.


What format are your digial photos taken in?


RAW and JPEG formats are used.


Do you add photos on a regular basis


Yes, we strive to take new photos regularly.


Can I download your photos?


No, we currently do not offer digital downloads.


Can I schedule a photo shoot for my family or wedding?


Yes you can! Please use our contact form or phone us to setup your appointment. To view a list of services we offer check out the services page.


Do you offer photography packages?

Yes, please goto our Portrait Packages page.


Do you offer wedding packages?

Yes, please goto our Wedding Packages page.


Will my prints I purchase contain a watermark or your logo?

No, none of the items you purchase with contain our logo or watermark, watermarks and logos are there on the site for copyright protection of our photos.
